Made again subbing 2% Greek yogurt for the creme fraiche /sour cream and part of the mayo and it was just as good. The dressing was the best part of the recipe.

What a great tip in this recipe to microwave the blue cheese for a few seconds (30 seconds worked for me, didn't need the full 60 of the recipe) to soften it to make whisking together all the dressing ingredients easier. One of the best blue cheese dressings I've had. I also used less hot sauce, just a few drops in a halved recipe.
I also like the tip to microwave half of the cheese. I have never used so much acid in a blue cheese dressing but it really works. Open iTerm2, go to Preferences, then Profiles. We add grilled steak to it to make it a meal. Port of the Iceberg terminal.app theme to iTerm2.
